Terms of licenses for graphic collections

Commercial License

 

You can:

  • Use graphics for personal and commercial projects
  • Create up to 5000 end products for sale (if you want to sell more than 5000 products, please purchase an extended license)

 

You can not:

  • Sublicense, resell, distribute, provide access, share or transmit graphics as is or with changes (both free of charge and for cash)
  • Resell purchased graphics as your own on Etsy or any other platforms or print-on-demand services (Shutterstock, Spoonflower, etc.)

 

Extended Commercial License

 

You can:

  • Use graphics for personal and commercial projects
  • Sell end products of unlimited number of units
  • Use the purchased graphics as part of the logo, embroidery schemes

 

You can not:

  • Sublicense, resell, distribute, provide access, share or transmit graphics as is or with changes (both free of charge and for cash)
  • Resell purchased graphics as your own on Etsy or any other platforms or print-on-demand services (Shutterstock, Spoonflower, etc.)

Commercial license for Procreate brushes/canvases

You can:

  • Create and sell your own graphics, cliparts, designs, book illustrations made with brushes and canvases, including for commercial purposes
  • Use your resources (graphics, cliparts, designs, book illustrations) made with brushes and canvases in an unlimited number of commercial projects

 

You can not:

  • Share original brushes and canvases or original brush files for free or for a fee
  • Resell or share brushes as is or with changes
